These terms and conditions govern the offer of a ticket to ‘Yellow Pencils: Why They Won’ and access to a D&AD on-demand masterclass made available to participants of the D&AD research study. By submitting an email address before taking part in the study, you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter and data controller

The promoter and data controller is D&AD, Company number (00883234) and Address (64 Cheshire Street, E2 6EH). Any queries about this offer or how your data is handled should be sent to [email protected].

2. Eligibility

  1. Open to participants aged 18 or over at the time of taking part.
  2. Employees of D&AD, Juno, R/GA, and any third party directly involved in the design or delivery of the study, together with their immediate families, are not eligible.
  3. One ticket and one masterclass access is available per participant. Multiple or duplicate entries from the same person will not qualify for additional items.

3. How to claim

  1. The offer is conditional on full and genuine completion of the study. Submitting an email address at the start does not by itself create an entitlement to the ticket or masterclass access.
  2. Studies that are abandoned, ended early, completed in a way that suggests they are not a genuine response, or flagged as low quality will not qualify, and no ticket or masterclass access will be issued in those cases.
  3. Where a participant qualifies, ticket and masterclass access details will be sent to the email address provided within 3 working days of the study fieldwork closing.

4. Tickets and masterclass access

  1. ‘Yellow Pencils: Why They Won’ will take place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at Queen Elizabeth Hall, London. Tickets are subject to availability.

  2. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, reassigned or exchanged. Tickets must be redeemed by Tuesday 19th May 2026 and have no value after that date.

  3. On-demand masterclass access will be granted via D&AD’s website (dandad.org) and will remain available until 31 December 2026.
