Hey Juno is a digital research platform that uses artificial intelligence to conduct structured, conversational interviews via an online chat interface. Customers engage Hey Juno to conduct the interviews, defining the research topics and the target audience. Hey Juno then interviews Participants by having them respond to open-ended questions in a secure, user-friendly environment.

These Terms of Use apply to you as a visitor to our website, or a Participant. If you are a Customer, then please see our Hey Juno Customer Terms of Use.

AGREEMENT TO HEY JUNO PARTICIPANT TERMS OF USE

a) Access

By visiting our website or accessing Hey Juno as a Participant, you agree to be bound by these Participant Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and Juno and govern your use of Hey Juno. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use then you should cease using Hey Juno.

b) Age Requirement

By accessing Hey Juno, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use Hey Juno. By continuing to use Hey Juno, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

c) Privacy Policy

These Terms of Use incorporate our Privacy Policies applicable to your relevant region. By accessing Hey Juno, you agree to Juno collecting, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policies.

d) Applicable Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including privacy laws, in relation to your access and use of Hey Juno.

USE AND SHARING OF DATA

Juno may collect the following data from Participants in order to deliver our services to Customers, manage and coordinate interviews, deliver third-party incentives, and prevent Participants taking part in the same study multiple times:

• Identity data (name, email address)
• Usage data (logs, browser type, time of access)
• Response data (Participant responses to questions).

Where you choose to use voice or audio input features, Juno may also collect and process live audio recordings and dictation from your device. By enabling this feature, you consent to your voice being recorded and processed for the purposes of transcription and delivery of interview results to the Customer. Audio data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

Where Customers recruit and contact Participants directly, Juno does not hold, store or manage any Participant identity data.
