Overview

Hey Juno is a digital research platform that uses artificial intelligence to conduct structured, conversational interviews via an online chat interface.

Juno complies with all applicable privacy laws and recognises that protecting individuals’ privacy is of fundamental importance and required by law. This Privacy Policy explains:

• what sorts of personal information Juno collects;
• how Juno may use that personal information and to whom it may be disclosed;
• how Juno protects the personal information we hold from unauthorised use or disclosure;
• how you can access and correct the personal information we hold about you; and
• your options to complain if you believe we have breached our privacy obligations to you.

Juno reserves the right (at its discretion) to modify, amend or replace this Privacy Policy from time to time to take account of new laws and technology, changes to Juno’s operations and practices and to make sure it remains consistent with regulatory requirements as well as best practice. The modified, amended or replaced policy will be posted by Juno to its website in place of the older privacy policy.

This policy does not apply to residents of the UK, EU, or Switzerland and those users should refer to our European Privacy Policy available at this link.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Customers who use Hey Juno to conduct interviews with Participants on their or their company’s behalf.
• Participants who are invited to take an interview on Hey Juno for Customers they respond to open-ended questions in a secure, user-friendly environment.
• Any other Hey Juno users (including visitors to the associated website) or people who interact with Juno, including job applicants and contractors.

For the avoidance of doubt this Privacy Policy does not apply to employees of Juno or employee records. However, if you do have questions regarding the handling of your employee records, you can contact our Privacy Officer (see below) for assistance.
