Hey Juno is a digital research platform that uses artificial intelligence to conduct structured, conversational interviews via an online chat interface. Users engage Hey Juno to conduct the interviews, defining the research topics and the target audience. Hey Juno then interviews Participants by having them respond to open-ended questions in a secure, user-friendly environment.

1. AGREEMENT TO HEY JUNO User TERMS OF USE
   1. Access

By visiting our website or signing up to use Hey Juno as a User you agree to be bound by these User Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and Juno and govern your use of Hey Juno. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use then you should cease using Hey Juno.

1. Authority to Enter Agreement

By accessing or using this website and its services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement either:

• in your personal capacity; or

   2. Juno offers various paid and unpaid subscription models to Users, with distinct pricing and functionality, as described on its website from time to time (“Subscription Plans”).
   3. Juno will give you access to use the features and functionality in accordance with your Subscription Plan and the features for that Plan as detailed on the website.
   4. Juno will provide reasonable support to Users when engaging with Hey Juno and any other service offered by Juno. Juno may at any time change, reduce, limit or cease its support services without prior notice to you, unless the forms part of any Paid Plan to which you have subscribed.
2. ACCOUNTS
   1. Authorised Access Only

The User is solely responsible for ensuring that access to the Services is restricted to authorised personnel. The User must implement and maintain appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorised access.
